Any Graduation Experience:- At least 1- 2 year experience with the relevant domain. Working days:- 6 days working, 1 week off. Rotational shift (8 to 8 window) Required skills:- 1. Excellent English + Hindi + any 2. Excellent in managing KPI & KRA like Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, Utilizations, people management, Quality, SL, lead generation, call connect , talk time, conversion etc 3. Should have handled 20+ agents in Sales Lead Generation and should have Hands on Dailers. 4. Excellent in analytical skills and excel reporting 5. Proven Experience as Team Leader on papers.
