Job Description
- Work with a global team of DevOps engineers in a highly agile DevOps environment, focused on efficient operation of daily activities, developer productivity and continuous improvement for monitoring, automation and tools development
- Contribute to continuous delivery practice for our entire software development including publishing, deployment lifecycle process
- Troubleshoot and solve Infrastructure related issues on production clouds
- Be part of the on-call team for addressing issues on production clouds and patch rotations
- Responsible for configuration, optimization, documentation, and support of infrastructure components that host the customer-facing production applications
- Design and build tools and frameworks that support deploying and managing customer mobile and web applications
- Assist with the design, build and deliver cloud solutions, hosted services, and underlying software infrastructure.
- Design and architect solutions for existing customer-facing applications as they are moved into cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP
- Experience with datacenter operations, migration from on-premise to cloud and DevOps Transformation.
- Deploy a scalable infrastructure, which hosts a variety of web applications and APIs using configuration management tools
- Research and implement new systems to keep our cloud-based landscape at the forefront of technological innovation
Required Candidate profile
- technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficient with standard IT concepts, practices, and procedures, Disaster Recovery, Data Center move/upgrades, Business Continuity Planning.
- Hands-on experience working with complex, scalable, and high-performance data centric system software architectures
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and drive to be successful; ability to work independently with minimal supervision or assistance
- Strong problem-solving skills: innovation, collaboration, analysis, inductive reasoning
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems
- Good understanding of Networking (TCP/IP, DNS ...)
- Good experience with integrating application and security test automation into DevOps pipelines
- Experience of automating CI/CD pipelines and repetitive tasks with Ansible, Python, JavaScript or Bash
- Strong interpersonal, time management, project management, and conflict resolution skills
- Intermediate programming and scripting knowledge
- Experience with acquiring, moving, processing, and reposing PHI and sensitive data with the appropriate alerting, monitoring, and auditing, secure infrastructures.
- Experience with agile software development techniques, developer driven testing, and highly automated test environments
- Customer-focused mindset in designing, creating, and operating technical and solutions
