Responsible for Sales & Growth of Projects business in a defined region with assigned team members. Team size would be 9 12 members.
Appointment / Rationalising of project dealers as per business plan within an assigned region.
Build relationship with Customers, Project partners, Contractors, Architects, Builders, consultants and other industry experts and stakeholders to have better visibility on projects and placement of our brands.
Collaboration with internal business units and functions for smooth flow of information and to increase effectiveness in the operations.
Identification of key business growth areas.
Responsible for conducting user engagement meets and training programme for relevant stakeholders.
Competition tracking and documentation.
Drive to place new products strategically in the assigned market in alignment with organisational marketing plans.
Monitoring monthly performance of sales team and dealers, as well as review on SOW extraction plan.
