: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Specialist with a minimum of 2 years in human resources to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in various facets of HR, with a strong specialization in Recruitment and Payroll. Exceptional negotiation skills and a keen understanding of salary structures are crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate. sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of positions. Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates. Conduct preliminary candidate assessments, including resume screening and initial interviews. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Payroll: Administer and oversee the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and benefits. Verify timekeeping records and resolve any discrepancies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with payroll procedures. Address payroll-related queries from employees and provide assistance as needed. Collaborate with the finance department to streamline payroll processes and reporting. Salary Negotiations: Skillfully negotiate salary packages and benefits with candidates to ensure competitive and attractive offers. Stay updated on industry salary trends and benchmarks to make informed compensation decisions. General HR Skills: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive work environment. Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback. Assist in employee engagement initiatives and activities. Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on Recruitment and Payroll. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Up-to-date knowledge of labour laws and regulations. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
