Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to join our team at a Indusind bank. The Partnerships Manager Consumer Finance will be responsible for expanding our market presence and driving growth by acquiring, managing and nurturing relationships with leading Point of Sale (POS) players, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), payment aggregators, technology companies & brands in both offline and online sectors. The role will also involve driving partnerships that support the bank's growth strategy and help to deliver innovative financial solutions to our customers. Key Responsibilities: End to end P&L management of consumer finance & debit card EMI product of the Bank. Set financial targets, monitor performance, and take corrective actions to achieve revenue and profitability goals Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including credit & risk, product, marketing, tech, legal, and compliance, to ensure successful partnership execution and. alignment with business objectives Identify, evaluate, and build strategic partnerships with prominent POS players across offline and online businesses Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including business scope finalization, partner on-boarding, contract negotiation, and ongoing relationship management Launch campaigns in partnerships with brands, payment partners & OEMs to secure exclusive financing deals Track and report on key performance metrics related to partnership performance to senior management and ROI, and use data for partnership decision-making Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies in the fintech space, and use this knowledge to inform partnership strategy and execution Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred 5+ years of experience in partnerships or business development roles, preferably in the financial services or fintech industries. Experience in managing EMI products at Banks / NBFCs strongly preferred Strong network within the POS industry, OEMs, and consumer durable brands is highly desirable Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and with external partners Experience with financial services and payment networks, and a strong understanding of the regulatory landscape in India Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and drive results
