Job Description

:
Preparation of Financial statements as per Schedule III of Companies act 2013.
Calculation of depreciation as per Schedule II of Companies act 2013.
Preparation of Fixed Asset registers as per Companies Act and Income Tax Act.
Calculation of deferred tax assets/deferred tax liabilities.
Coordinate and finalization of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit.
Good command over accounts with technical and analytical aspects.
Complete review of accounting, facilitation of monthly closing and MIS preparation.
Capabilities of Team handling, more than 6 people.
Abilities to manage budget and financial portfolio
Preparation of Financial statement and review the expenses (Budget vs Actual) and highlights to the management
Detail Knowledge of Filing of GST - R 1, 3 B and 9C (Annual Return)
Preparation and Finalization of Balance Sheet of AS and filing of Income Tax Return
Preparation and Filing of TDS and TCS return every quarter.
Filling of all Directors Income Tax Return
Coordination with the Bank's for renewal of FD's, OD and CC Limits Etc.,
To Review Company CIBIL, score every month and coordinate with the Bank to file / remove any delinquency / settlement issue appearing in the CIBIL report.
Coordinate with Auditors for completing ROC's matter formalities etc.,
