Job Description

Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in Pharmaceuticals. Qualification: Master of Business Administration Responsibilities: Manage recruitment activity for Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturing facilities. Build a relationship with business functions to understand upcoming recruitment needs and gaps. Manage the recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, pre-boarding and on-boarding. Counsel the candidates on benefits, compensation and organisational environment. Keep abreast with the latest tools in recruitment and utilise the same to maintain Headcount within lead time. Network effective with industry colleagues to stay updated on the latest trends in pharma recruitment. Develop and utilise diverse recruitment strategies and tools, such as retention strategies, social media, campus recruitments etc. Develop branding initiatives to connect with talent available in the industry and. elsewhere. Develop relationships with Industry colleagues so as to facilitate candidate verification. Actively participate in other site related HR and administrative activities. DESIRED SKILLS Exposure in managing bulk and lateral hiring in pharmaceutical industry. Excellent communication skills; ability to build and manage relationships. Challenging status quo with alternatives of greater efficiency. Should be a team player. Attitude of working in a dynamic environment
