Job Description

Managing Directors calendar which includes daily updating, monitoring & tracking appointments. Travel management Ensuring travel bookings like air tickets, car pick up, hotel arrangements and Forex (for overseas traveling). Complete all passport and visa formalities. Correspondence: Checking emails/ couriers & drafting and filing of letters. Optimal use of outlook calendar, for scheduling, follow up and pending tasks. Updating address book. Managing subscriptions. Keep contact list updated in the system; ensure all records are properly filed in soft and hard format and renew requisite memberships on time. Attending business calls & prioritizing the same, attending the visitors. Preparing Minutes of Team meetings Assisting all clients / visitors - manage their visit to our office. Arrange for their food, accommodation and travel, if required.
