Job description Job Title: Business Development Manager - Digital Marketing Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad Salary: 40k + Incentives (depends on no. of lead conversion) Job Summary: The Business Development Manager for Digital Marketing is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building relationships with clients to promote digital marketing services. This role aims to drive revenue growth and expand the organisation's presence in the digital marketing industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive insights. Analyse data to create strategic sales plans and target specific market segments. 2. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, referrals, and digital marketing efforts. Qualify leads to ensure they align with the company's target audience. and services. 3. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collateral and promotional materials. 4. Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations of digital marketing services. 5. Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients. Negotiate terms and pricing to secure new business deals. 6. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, key metrics, and progress toward targets. Continuously analyse and adjust strategies based on performance data. 7. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Share industry insights with the team and clients to provide value-added services. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Proven experience in digital marketing sales or business development, with a strong track record of achieving targets. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools. A network of industry contacts and relationships is advantageous.
