Job Description

About The Job The Lead Generator team supports Sales Managers by generating new leads for the business and aim to maximize the potential from each call. In addition the Lead Generator will convert outbound dialing leads into qualified appointments, and pass these leads on to Sales Manager in order to make sure that the potential hotel partner will have the best possible experience. As a Lead Generator Operations, you will support the Lead Generators administration to ensure activities run smoothly, on-track, and efficiently. Key responsibilities would include: To work closely with the Lead Generator to ensure completed documents and reports. Updating database on day-to-day basis in our CRM and generating report Build relationships with colleagues in a professional manner at all times Report and communicate day-to-day progress and update directly to DoS About You Bachelors degree from any major Min 1 year experience in Administration/ Data Entry/ Telesales . Proficient typing skills Accuracy and good attention to detail Proficient in English and Hindi languages Good communication skills Responsible working attitude Experience with using Salesforce or any CRM tool will be a plus
