Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to manage our digital marketing efforts and drive our online presence to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in digital marketing strategies, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven track record of successfully managing and executing digital campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy Development:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Identify target audiences, market trends, and growth opportunities to optimize digital efforts.
2. Content Marketing:
Plan, create, and oversee the production of high-quality and engaging digital content, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and more.
Coordinate content distribution across various platforms to maximize reach and impact.
3. Social Media Management:
Manage and maintain our social media accounts, crafting and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and fostering engagement.
Monitor social media trends and competitors to implement innovative social media campaigns.
4. Paid Advertising Campaigns:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies based on data, and manage budgets effectively.
5. Website Management:
Coordinate with IT to manage content and regular updation of the website and increase its visibility.
Perform keyword research, optimize website content, and collaborate with development teams to implement technical SEO enhancements.
6. Email Marketing:
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
Segment email lists, create compelling content, and analyze campaign performance metrics.
7. Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track and analyze key performance metrics, generating insights to refine strategies.
Create regular reports detailing campaign performance, ROI, and areas for improvement.
8. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Identify opportunities to enhance user experience and conversion rates through A/B testing and data-driven optimizations.
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to implement CRO recommendations.
9. Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with creative teams to develop visually appealing assets that resonate with target audiences.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall brand messaging.


Masters / Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience of minimum 3-4 in digital marketing roles, with a strong track record of successful campaign management.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media management tools, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret metrics and make strategic decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with teams.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving trends and technologies in the digital marketing landscape.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to driving results.
Play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence and driving business growth.
