With the launch of our Pan-Asian restaurant brand "Chow's Kitchen" and our upcoming multi-brand specialty restaurant food hub in Agra, we aim to continue expanding our presence and opening new locations across India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Sous Chef located in Agra. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with our head chef to ensure the quality of food served in our restaurant meets our high standards. You will supervise the preparation and cooking of our Pan-Asian menu items, while also ensuring that all food is prepared and presented according to our restaurant's standards. As a. leader in the kitchen, you will play an important role in upholding our commitment to efficiency and quality, as well as in mentoring and training other kitchen staff. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar position, with demonstrated proficiency in preparing and cooking Indian cuisine Ability to lead and manage a team of kitchen staff Excellent knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment and procedures Strong organizational and communication skills Demonstrated attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once Completion of a culinary school program or equivalent training and experience is required Food Handlers License as mandated by law in the respective state of India
