The Travel Sales and Operations Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, preparing travel itineraries, negotiating with vendors, managing reservations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of. travel services. Work Description Making quotation, travel itineraries, tour packages, costing to the customers Arranging Hotel Booking, Flight Booking, other transport bookings as per the Travel itineraries in very effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority. Communicating with suppliers & service providers Answering Calls both In-bound and Out-bound Follow up with clients by phone/email about their queries. Keeping track on documentation, payments. Follow-up with customers for feedback about their experience of the tour and service Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the travel industry Demonstrated expertise in travel booking systems, GDS, and travel software Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
