Job Description

A successful Sales Manager in an E-Commerce agency must be proactive, results-driven, and possess a deep understanding of E-Commerce solutions and market dynamics. The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, coupled with effective leadership and communication skills, is essential for success in this role. 1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels. Utilize inbound marketing, outbound outreach, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline. 2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand clients" business goals and challenges to offer tailored solutions. 3. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop effective sales strategies. Align sales goals with the overall business objectives of the E-Commerce agency. 4. Sales Presentations and Pitches: Develop compelling sales presentations and. pitches. Clearly articulate the value proposition of the agency's E-Commerce solutions. 5. Quoting and Proposal Creation: Provide accurate and competitive quotes for E-Commerce services. Create detailed proposals outlining the scope of work, timelines, and deliverables. 6. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Lead negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close deals and secure contracts for E-Commerce services. 7. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the technical, marketing, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of E-Commerce projects. Coordinate efforts to meet client expectations. 8. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and offerings. 9. Client Satisfaction and Retention: Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services to existing clients. 10. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on Sales performance against Targets Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies 11.Training and Development: Provide Training to the Sales team on Ecommerce solution and Industry trends foster a culture of continuous learning and Improvement. 12. Forecasting and Goal Setting: Set Realistic Targets and Goals Regularly review and adjust Goals based on performance and market conditions. 13. Budget Management: Contribute to the development of the Sales budget Manage and allocate resources to meet Sales Objectives 14. Networking and Industry Events: Attend relevant industry events, conferences and networking opportunities. Build strong professional network and represent the agency in market 15. Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback loop with clients and internal teams Use feedback to improve processes, offerings and customer satisfaction
