Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Life Insurance Specialist/Business Partner located in Mumbai, but with the flexibility to work remotely. The Life Insurance Specialist/Business Partner will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions to ensure their insurance needs are met. The Life Insurance Specialist/Business Partner will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative insurance products and services. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on life insurance, including experience serving as a Business Partner to clients. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of insurance products and services, including life insurance, disability insurance, and long-term care insurance. Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining. strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to identify opportunities and challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance requirements. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field
