Compensation and benefits: Administering employee compensation, benefits, and ensuring payroll accuracy.
HR administration: Maintaining employee records, handling HR-related documentation, and ensuring data confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Years of experience in HR roles, with specific skills in recruitment, employee relations, or other relevant areas.
Knowledge: Understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and familiarity with HR software/tools.
