About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and onboarding new hires. You will play a key role in building and maintaining a diverse and talented workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for open positions.
• Source candidates through online and offline channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone and/or video interviews to assess candidate skills and experience.
• Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
• Make hiring recommendations and prepare offer letters.
• Onboard new hires and ensure they are well-integrated into the company culture.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of your efforts.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the company's values and culture.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
