2. Answering questions and assisting passengers with ticketing queries.
3. Ticketing reservations.
4. Issuing tickets.
5. Verifying passenger identification & printing boarding passes.
6. Helping travelers to check in their baggage at ticket counters.
7. Ensuring the delivery of baggage.
8. Conducting security screenings of passengers and their baggage.
