GM- Operations & Production.
Salary 25.00LPA to 35.00 LPA.
Experience- Minimum 12 Years
Education: BE/B.Tech- Mechanical
Age Limit: 35 & above years. (Preferable Gujarati candidate)
Required Skills:
- Good Communication and shop floor handling skills,
- Able to do daily production plans, using SAP along with team members,
- Basic knowledge of press shop operations, Assembly of various manufacturing parts, Welding experience of handing robots etc. for small & large production batches,
- Proven experience in planning, labours requirements, machines sizing, determining machine capacities.
(A) Requirements
Fabrication ( Turrets, Bending , Welding, Laser cutting, Robotic welding & Press Operation
Sound knowledge on tooling & related process
Sound knowledge on Jigs and fixtures & its maintenance
Injection Moulding process ( Blow moulding , vibration welding, hot plate welding & Vital Process controls)
Knowledge on Mould maintenance
knowledge on tube mill/ tube manufacturing process and critical parameters
Knowledge on Radiator Crimping and Assly process
Aluminum radiator core manufacturing
Nocolok Brazing process
Continous improvements
Understanding on Value stream Map
Identifying NVA and chanellising the improvement Points to drive transformation
Innovative Mindset towards newer / benchmark solutions
Driving operations thru DWM in the functions
Improvement in Productivity, Cost , Yeild of materials, Delivery constantly YOY basis
Non Moving/ Slow moving inventory reduction
