Please note: We are a remote-first organization, and you can work from anywhere in India. However, given the business requirements of this role, you are expected to frequently travel to our Mumbai office. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst with expertise in Network & Security, specifically in Azure Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining a variety of network devices and services, including routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points, load balancers, VPNs, QoS, and Azure Cloud. Install, configure and maintain various network devices and services like Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wi-Fi Access Point, Load balancers, VPN, QoS, Azure Cloud, etc. Concrete knowledge on implementing and configuring Fortinet firewall, FortiAP, Cisco L2, L3 switches, DHCP configuration, Radius configuration, upgrade procedures of Cisco switch, router, Firewall, access point. etc In-depth understanding of Firewall. technologies ACL, VIP, NAT & troubleshooting. Experience in configuring different Routing protocols like BGP, OSPF.etc Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Switching VLANs, VTP, STP, HSRP. Perform network maintenance and upgradation and security configurations. Working experience in Azure network IaaS, PaaS Maximize network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages. Schedule upgrades; collaborate with network partner. Secure network system by establishing and enforcing policies and monitoring access. Reporting network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information; managing projects. Work with partners to ensure that our networks are configured and maintained to support the levels of availability required. Configuration of SSID, layer3 authentication method, guest access and web authentication. Understanding of licensing, redundancy setup, access point groups, layer2 authentication, PSK. Experience with circuit troubleshooting and escalation to ISP. Working experience with physical and virtual instances of FortiGate. Network diagram, SOP and documentation update. Drive and produce a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) report. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3- 5 years of experience as a Senior Analyst in Network & Security roles. Certifications in Azure, CCNA, CCNP, and FortiGate are highly preferred. In-depth knowledge of network protocols, security protocols, and Azure Cloud services. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing and optimizing network performance. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
