About us: My Next Film is a New Venture of MTG Learning Media PVT LTD, and it is a technology start-up based in New Delhi, and it uses cutting-edge technologies related to Text to Speech, Speech to Text, Block chain
Technology, Natural Language Processing, and Artificial Intelligence to develop web based products.

My Next Film's mission is to make the entire film making process easier, more accessible, and enjoyable for creators and filmmakers.

Job Type: Full-time 

Location: Pune, Mumbai, Patna, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kochi, Chennai.

Salary: From 8,000.00 per month

Responsibilities ;

1. Company Alignment: Familiarise yourself with the company's vision and mission, working towards achieving established goals and objectives.
2. Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for business growth.
3. Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, ensuring satisfaction, while also maintaining and nurturing existing client connections.
4. CRM Management: Collate and maintain accurate client information in the CRM database for efficient tracking and communication.
5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with staff across various departments to implement effective growth strategies.
6. Sales and Analysis: Develop and execute sales strategies, contribute to client service and retention plans, and analyse sales data to inform and update marketing strategies.
7. Document Support: Assist in drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference materials, and other necessary documents.
8. Project Management:Manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
9. Business Expansion:Identify new business opportunities and potential partners to expand the company's market presence.
10. Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with management, staff, and clients at various levels.
11. Weekend Availability might be required when an important event related to our product/Industry is going on.

Requirements

1. Educational Background - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Preferred exposure - Interest and Involvement in Film Making World
3. Work Experience- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
4. Target Orientation - Focus on meeting deadlines, achieving deliverables, and perform effectively under pressure.
5. Startup Culture- Willingness and ability to thrive and grow in a startup culture by keenly inventing and undertaking additional responsibilities.
6. Organising Skills - Strong organisational and project management skills.
7. Communication Skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8. Demeanour- Friendly and pleasant demeanour to engage effectively with clients and team members
9. Software Proficiency - Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant business development software.
10. Business Acumen- Understanding of business dynamics and the ability to contribute to business expansion.
