Fluency in English is a must, should able to communicate with people across the globe.
Should able to work during European USA business hours according to the rotating shifts, flexible
working hours is also an option. Must be discussed with reporting manager.
Coordinating various tasks with global contractorsfreelancers as per their time table.
Following up with technical engineers on status of the tasks they are assigned, to make sure tasks are
completed within provided time lines schedules.
Communicating with various customers about the status of tasks projects.
Tasks are technical in nature: IT desktop, server network support. Support executive does not need
any technical knowledge to work with technical engineers.
Basic or required training will be provided to understand various IT tasks projects.
Support executive should able to use MS Office Suite without any guidance or instructions.
Support executive should able to use various social media platforms to recruit new engineers and
negotiate the budgets as provided by the Lead Project Managers and Directors.
Support executive should able to keep proper documentation of all activities performed by various
global engineers and provide combined report to Lead Manager whenif requested.
Support executive should able to manage all hisher work without any guidance or instructions and
should able complete within timelines as provided.
Possibility for flexible working hours, can be discussed and agreed with Lead Manager.
Reporting to Senior Project Lead in India and Operations Director in Europe.
