Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. This is a full-time position based in our corporate office. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in line with business needs - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment plans - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability - Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, including scheduling, preparing interview questions, and providing feedback
