• Accountable for planning and working with Implementation Head in planning the upcoming implementations.
• Defining and assisting Implementation lead for planning the resource requirement for the project
• Accountable for Prepare the Wave Plan for the project and get the required sign-off from customer
• Accountable for Preparing project kick-off template
• Responsible for Conducting global workshop
• Responsible for Preparing Program Team Matrix and Escalation Matrix
• Accountable to Guide and assist Implementation Lead at various decision points.
