Job Description

Job Title: Tele Collection Executive Team Leader 

Location: Surat

Salary:

  • In-hand: 16,000 to Up to 20,000
  • CTC (Cost to Company): 25,000

Eligibility:

  • Both freshers and experienced individuals can apply.
  • Graduation is a must.

Working Days:

  • 6 days a week

Week Off:

  • 1 day rotational week off

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Tele Collection Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

  1. Debt Collection:
    • Engage in outbound calls to customers with overdue payments.
    • Follow established scripts and communication guidelines to effectively communicate with debtors.
  1. Negotiation:
    • Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers in accordance with company policies.
  1. Customer Communication:
    • Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while communicating with customers.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding outstanding payments.
  1. Documentation:
    • Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment agreements in the system.
  1. Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies during the debt collection process.
  1. Targets:
    • Meet monthly and quarterly targets for debt recovery.
  1. Reporting:
    • Provide regular reports on collection activities and progress to the management.
  1. Customer Service:
    • Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage timely payments.
  1. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline collection processes.

  • Ability to handle challenging and sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Note: This is a dynamic role that requires adaptability to changing circumstances and may involve occasional weekend work.
