Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take on a multifaceted position that combines elements of business analysis, project management, and Scrum meeting facilitation. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, improving business processes, and promoting efficient collaboration among team members. Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and gap analyses to support project planning. Develop detailed business process models and workflow diagrams. Participate in solution design discussions to align projects with business objectives. Checking delivery as business end users Project Management: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and. budgets. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues. Coordinate resources, tasks, and activities to ensure project milestones are met. Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders. Implement project management best practices and methodologies. Scrum Meeting Facilitation: Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective sessions as a Scrum Master. Collaborate with development teams to ensure sprint goals are met. Remove obstacles and impediments to the teams progress. Maintain Scrum artifacts, including the product backlog and sprint backlog. Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and management. Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration within the project teams. Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and training sessions. Ensure effective communication of project updates and changes to all relevant parties.
