- Responsibilities will include: Keeping a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward app users at all times. Replying promptly to users inquiries through both text based and voice based platforms. Recognizing and resolving users complaints and issues. Maintaining records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Handling queries/requests pertaining to product effectively.

-Complaint Management. & customer management skills.
-Product knowledge in replying to customers.
-Pleasingpersonality and good communication skills both written and verbal
-Patient nature along with sharp thought process.
