ROR Developer - Delhi/NCR - Uberlife @ Uberlife Consulting

Key Responsibilities

• Help to invent and develop web application.
• Independently Create/ Improve/ Influence the design and development of product.
• Work with engineers and other cross-functional teams including Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams.
• API Definitions and end-to-end service design and implementation.
• You will write responsive, unit-tested code, develop object-oriented models and design data structure for new software projects taking systems aspects into account (Ruby on Rails, Sinatra).
• Drive discussions to improve product across teams where ever there are inter dependencies across products.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related courses (BE/B Tech.).
• 1-6 years experience in development of web applications.
• Good understanding of design patterns.
• Good understanding of RoR frameworks for web development.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture.
• Good hold on MVC and OO skills.
• Knowledge of Sinatra web application library.
• Understanding of databases preferably MongoDB and experience on AWS.
• Good understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS and jQuery.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, interpersonal and communication skills with ability to provide technology leadership to multiple projects / teams.

• Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.
• Well organized, good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines.
• Experience of product base company experience will be plus.
