1. Position: Asst. Manager - Business Development India & Asia. 2. You must be:
A) Diploma / Graduate (Business / Science / Engineering).
B) Experience: Min 5 years of experience in sales of Lab equipment / instruments / consumables.
C) Experience in handling overseas customers. 3. Your Job Responsibilities:
a) Developing new customers including distributors and agents for our machines and speciality capsules in India and Asia.
b) Collaborate with sales teams inthe Group companies to obtain potential customer leads.
c) Responding to customer queries / clarifications/ techno commercial information.
d) Demonstration of products to customers in-person and via Skype.
e) Participation in exhibitions/ tradeshows, follow up and co-ordinate with prospective customers
f) Negotiate pricing and preparing quotations to potential customers.
g) Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
h) Responsible for timely collection from customers.
i) Sharing MIS with the management on periodic basis.
j) Attending and resolving customer complaints with technical support team.
k) Obtain and update information on the market requirements and competitors. 4a. Your Technical Competencies:
