- Manage and filter smart database - Source and Mange database prospects from various sources like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. - Be able to identify and understand the target market and set proper filters to narrow down the database - Familiar with CRM and lead generation process using email and cold calling - Be able to setup 4 appointments with clients in USA every. week - Extremely good on computers and excel - Good communication skills - Persistent follow ups - Be able to talk solution to clients - Come from an IT Services or Staffing industry background - Must have fire in belly to succeed and hungry achiever - You will work EST or PST USA time which is 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM IST Qualifications : - Graduate/Diploma in Science or Technical area - Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills Compensation : - Base salary - First Year Marketing Trainee (CTC 3.2 Lacs : Fixed 1.6 Lacs + Incentive 1.8 lacs) - Performance Incentive - Paid Leave - Stock Options Future Prospects: - 2nd Year - Marketing Executive - Transfer to sales in USA and CANADA after 3.5 years for outstanding performers ( CTC - 80 lacs to 1.2 Cr ) - Regular appraisals and promotion
