Job Description
Drive sales targets by acquiring new logos and nurture customer relationships into high value engagements
Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to deal closure
Develop and execute monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans
Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute lead generation campaigns with an objective of opening doors and establishing new business engagements
Expectations / Qualification:
4-5 years of experience in sales
Graduate with excellent communication skills. MBA will be preferred
Prior experience in publishing sector, software development industry is a plus
Should have a strong track record in acquiring new customer logos
Should be a passionate hunter motivated to close big ticket deals by managing a complex sales process that requires mapping all stakeholders
Should be willing to travel for deal closures ( & internal trainings at Pune as well )
Should keep himself/herself abreast of latest technology and business trends in organizational focus areas
Highly organized, disciplined and task focused with fine-tuned analytical, troubleshooting and administrative skills
