ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manager
- In charge of bringing in new process implementation/Learning Management System/curriculum development/content research & development
- EBooks , online assessment and practice management
- Question Bank management
- Developing Skill based curriculum / Assessment
- Specialty Coding training
- AAPC, BCHH & AAHAM Certification Training
- Participate and assist in implementing plans for Learning delivery
- Handling & ensure maximum certifications of the agents in production
- Interview candidates when requested
- Ensure smooth function of the team
