General Description 
The Marketing Manager ensures the efficient execution of business plans in order to meet future brand
expectations and targets. The Manager also takes part in the development of short-term tactical Sales
and Brand Management Marketing plans. To also ensure brand integrity by guiding efforts across
multiple channels and functions. He supports the development and execution of offline / traditional,
digital and paid social advertising programs for the business.
Key Responsibilities
Plan strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand
presence in the market.
Creating comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives, target audience and
budget allocation.
Define product strategies and road maps towards placing the products.
Conducting market research to understand consumer needs, market trends and competitors,
using this data to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
Manages the point of sales material (including budget, logistics, distribution, assortment.) by
finding the most efficient solutions.
Designing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, print,
social media, emails and events to reach the target audience.
Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and
exploring better opportunities.
Maintaining and enhancing the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all
marketing efforts and communication channels.
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with
company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners needs
and goals.
Plays a central role in steering Key Account Management in coordination with respective
distributors management, aiming continuous improvement. Emphasize on product visibility to
consumers. Company products being Impulse products - it becomes imperative to place
company products on checkouts in category and occasionally in selective out of category.
Work with and expand current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate
effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business.

Acquisition of new Accounts i.e. way forward to Tie-up with the modern retail chains/E-
Commerce companies to promote the brand.

Achieving Sales Targets preparing volume forecasts and plans Brand wise/ Store wise.
Overall, a Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in shaping a company's image, driving sales,
and ensuring that the marketing efforts contribute significantly to the organization's overall
goals and success.
