Plan: Planning to meet and communication with aggregator(collection & delivery merchant) on regular interval and motivate to increase sales and improve process

Organize: Organize onsite and online support for the aggregator(collection & delivery merchant) 24*7

Relationship : Develop good relationship with the aggregator(collection & delivery merchant) of district and increase the sales of the products

Performance:By growth of business can analyze aggregator performance and evaluate and increase sales in their territory

Reporting:Sheth Group Head Office is in Ahmadabad and All reporting and communication will be from Ahmadabad office through the higher authorities
