Job Description

Required Skills:
3+ years CRO expertise in A/B testing platforms
Proficiency in front-end development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Good knowledge on CRO software (e.g. Google Optimize, VWO).

Primary Duties:
Setting up, managing, and monitoring conversion rate optimization (CRO) programs including A/B and multivariate testing.
Creating coded assets using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
QA and ensuring experiments are rendering and tracking properly.
