Job Description
Continually seek improvement in outcomes through iterative testing, collaboration with other internal OLA experts. Approximately 40-50% of weekly workload to OLA campaign tuning and reporting. For this portion of the workload, the candidate will report directly to the Director of Online Advertising
Provide reporting and analysis in Data Studio, Tableau, and/or other visualization programs
Lead the development and execution of digital marketing programs, including but not limited to search, display, and social advertising, search optimization (Local/National), email marketing campaigns, data collection, and website development management, that directly align with client business objectives
Provide ongoing strategic consultation and education to internal team members (account managers and internal operations specialists) around the opportunity and impact of digital marketing efforts
Manage and improve the current OLA sections of Strategic Audits and underlying processes
Keep informed of industry activities as well as new digital strategies, resources, opportunities, and techniques. Drive innovation in a test and learn culture.
1+ year of digital marketing experience in a project management-focused role
Understand measuring, managing, and analyzing marketing performance to maximize its effectiveness
Experience focused on hands-on production of digital marketing campaign deliverables (or willingness to learn)
Experience in OLA campaigns where you were responsible for leveraging annual spend greater than $500k-1M on Google Ads. Similar background in Facebook Ads is a significant benefit. Experience with additional social platforms and third-party management tools such as AdEspresso and AdStage.
Familiarity with, or certifications in Google Analytics and Google Ads. Hubspot Inbound Marketing, Facebook Blueprint, and/or similar are a plus
Applied experience with analytics platforms, utilizing and understanding analytics provided from platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hotjar, Tableau, Mintel, BrightEdge, Google Data Studio, Oribi, various CRMs & CDPs, etc.
Bachelors degree in marketing or analytics/statistics-related field
Experience working on a remote team is a plus
Intermediate to advanced understanding of digital marketing concepts (outlined previously), industry trends, technologies, and the ability to leverage this knowledge to execute initiatives from start-to-finish and lead others to do the same
Experience effectively presenting information to and responding to questions from all levels of the organization
Exhibits meticulous organizational skills, high attention to detail
Has excellent communication skills
