E Commerce Manager @ Montreal Pte

Drive online opportunities through all potential emarketplaces and ALDO mono-branded stores in 4 countries working with ecom managers/ecom specialists in all markets
Responsible for Sales Target and Profitability of online store (aldoshoes.com.sg) and e-market places across the region
Develop, manage and establish framework of business flows, standards and systems for all the e-Commerce platforms
Act as the catalyst, initiate and work closely with IT department and developers to enhance system workflow and optimize functions
Plan and execute digital seasonal and weekly calendar by working closely with the regional ecommerce teams according to the brand direction and local opportunities to achieve the KPIs set
Identify categories to grow market share across regions
Lead the team members and work with enablers to manage all ecommerce functions and activities successfully
Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, IT, Logistics, Customer Service departments and the relevant business partners
Conduct analysis, measure campaigns, and evaluate possible alternatives, make timely decision to maximise campaign results
Identify trends in the market, business practices, competitors and present opportunities to the management and the brand principal
Develop and ensure ecommerce workflow and brand standard compliance and identify cross border opportunities in other SEA markets
Perform other relevant duties according to the business needs and willing to travel across South East Asia
