Job Description

• Assets - Equipment / Facilities / Systems - are installed as per requirement and meeting all
  norms and maintained in a good state of repair by implementing a preventive maintenance
  program for all assets Building and Facility, Equipment, Systems.
• Expertise in common Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Equipment to ensure all equipment's are operated and maintained as per manufacturer's recommendation.
• Project management which includes Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Closure.
• Equipment Qualification, Preventive Maintenance, Building Maintenance and Calibration
  plans and execution of the plan as per cGMP norms.
• Costing and Budgeting for Engineering and Asset Maintenance and monitor the expenditure
  to control the expenditure as per Budget / Plan.
• Inventory management of Spares and Consumables for Asset Maintenance.
• Control and monitor the SLA based contract for Utility Operations, Plant Maintenance and
  Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC / CAMC) critical equipment.
• Expertise in managing Engineering Team : Set up objectives and targets for Team members.
• Identification of training needs in the department and ensure that team members are trained
  and ensure necessary refresher training programs are implemented.
• Manage the Quality Management system of Engineering Function approval of QMS
  documents, generation of Engineering Documents. Authorized to review deviation reports,
  deviation requests and change controls.
