Responsible for execution of end to end recruitment of Junior/ mid /senior level mandates across all verticals.
Identifying business opportunity by tracking business news and co- ordinate for business development meetings, placing proposals & getting the MOUs done.Helping formulate, organize and write client proposals and presentations
Supported and co-led talent acquisition efforts within various business units.
Time to time Attend meetings with hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies, hiring process and expectations.
Contributed insight and recommendations on the best way for the organization to implement a proactive approach to Talent Acquisition.
Compensation discussions, negotiations and acceptance.
