Structural Integrity verification on Inboard and Outboard XT Flowllops by taking into account of Frame deflections, Tolerance stack-up, Thermal Loading as per API 6X & ASME B31.8.
HISC Assessment on Flowloops and Pipe connections by taking into account of Frame deflections, Tolerance stack-up, Thermal Loading as per DNVGL-RP-F112.
Structural assessment and Interface Deflection calculation of XT frames assembly by taking into account of the Manifold hub loads and global miss alignment loads.
Structure Integrity Assessment of Manifolds and XTs due to ROV impact /Dropped Object Impact Loading through Explicit Dynamics.
Capacity verification of High Pressure and High Temperature (HPHT) equipment using structural FEA (i.e. plastic collapse, fatigue, ratcheting, local failure analyses) on Metal seal assembly (ASA), connector assembly, Flowloops, flanges, etc, per ASME VIII Div 2, Div 3, API 6A, 6X. Fatigue analysis (LCF and HCF) of speedlok connectors.
Weld and Bolt assessment per Eurocode 3
Design optimization, parametric modeling. Responsible for addressing third party review comments such as DNV and participated in client review meetings.
Interacted with Drafting and Engineering to implement changes suggested by FEA into released engineering drawings.
Review and sign-off Engineering documentation and FEA Reports To undertake classroom FEA training sessions for fresh graduates
