Job Description
- Understand client needs and select the right technical solution by designing and quoting
for HVAC products. - Review HVAC consultant design, BOQ and specification for residential and commercial
projects. - Co-ordinate with clients and production team to ensure that the correct solution is
selected, proposed and executed. - Provide design and specification development support to consultants, contractors, end
users, distributors and other external agents. - Maintain high quality of design documents from initial design through completion of
construction. - Maintain effective communications with project teams:
Communicate with interdepartmental marketing, sales and estimating individuals. - Maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts
and correspondence in company approved databases. - Communicate with project leaders during progress meetings and coordinate closely with
all project teams on any special requirements projects may have. - Prepare Monthly progress report.
- Good analytical and mathematical knowledge mandatory.
- Good skill in quantity estimation with expected quality.
- Should be able to work in a team.
