Job Specification/ Description Role:
The Key Account Executive (Kam) Field Work
Location - Nashik (The Whole City)
Package 6 Lpa + Incentive + Travel Allowance
Will drive the business from an assigned set of channel partners in (Nashik) territory.
Responsibilities:
On Ground understanding of the markets of (Nashik) territory
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key partner resources and partner owners in assigned partner accounts.
Support partner in driving new business and renewal business and drive alignment with partner performance objectives and partners expectations.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume from partner accounts.
Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
Coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
Prior Experience of dealing with IT, B2B Software products will be an advantage.
Skill Sets:
Good Communication (English & Local Language) & Negotiation Skills
Go Getter Attitude
Accountable for his business and responsibilities
Amazing sense of urgency & attitude of getting things done when no one is watching
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced growing start-up environment.
Qualifications: Graduate/ Post-Graduate / MBA
