We are seeking a proactive HR Business Partner based out of Delhi who will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business units financial position, its plans, culture and market. Also, responsible for developing and implementing developing and implementing talent management strategies, policies, and programs that align with our companys purpose and values, alongside which supports the business functions to meet organization. objectives. Responsibilities: Partner with functional managers to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of business. Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution. Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals. Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development. Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as , retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development. Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results. Communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Handle Infrastructure and facility management which includes monitoring of housekeeping services, pantry, security and courier. Responsible for Vendor management which includes liasoning, rental and stationery bills. Coordinate Travel arrangement - cab & hotel booking for employees visiting North locations. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources 6 8 years of experience Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
