Qualifications: ICWA/ICMA/CA/CS Experience: 10-15 years in Manufacturing Organisation with at least five years of working independently without supervision Skills General: Proficient in using any customized ERP/SAP/ FICO module Proficiency in computer skills like MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Skills: Analytical Skills Financial planning Budgeting, Accounting systems Finalization of accounts Internal audits, Working capital management, Report management Profit management Audit Taxation -direct and indirect Costing and cost functions Knowledge in accounting functions and accounting standards Preparation of monthly financial reports and cost reports Knowledge of export subsidies and advanced license procedures Knowledge of fixed assets, stocks, and other company properties Roles & Responsibilities: Maintain books of accounts relating to the utilization of materials, labor, and other item of cost as applicable to the. production of goods Responsible for product costing including labor costing Responsible for pricing analysis and profitability analysis Review the input-output impact and prepare variation reports Responsible for all audits by Cost Records and Audit Rules Maintain cost records to facilitate calculation of per unit cost of production or cost of operation, cost of sales, and margin for each of its products and activities for every financial year on a monthly/quarterly/half yearly /annual basis Ensure all clauses as applicable to Rapsri as per Cost Records and Audit rules are followed Analyze cost reports and coordinate with marketing to monitor pricing decisions Responsible for inventory management, fixed assets, and keeping the related documents updated Coordinate with banks for renewals, and monthly/quarterly returns to banks, and assume overall control of cash and funds flow activities Responsible for the development of ERP-based accounting Responsible for drafting the SOP and keeping it updated Ensure MIS reports are submitted as per the defined procedure
