Company - Reasoned Ventures Role - Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts Job Location Goregaon, Mumbai Relevant Experience - 1 year CTC - Negotiable Type - Onroll/Permanent Must be a AIR CA Qualified in Final (Group-1 or 2) Must have experience working in a start-up Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for accounting operations, banking, and cash flow management of all projects Manage the statutory, tax, and internal audits Preparation of quarterly and annual statutory audit financials Drive the business planning and forecasting process and alignment across the organization Detailed financial analysis of all projects and proposals Interaction with Banks, NBFCs, AIFs, etc for fundraising activities Accountable for risk management, financial compliance, and controls Serve as an advisor to the team on accounting and taxation matters Responsible for ensuring statutory compliances with respect to TDS,GST payments and ensuring payment of the taxes as per. due date and filing of returns/forms and assessment Effective review and supervision of all routine accounting activities Experience and Skills Must have experience with finalization of accounts, Statutory Compliance like GST, TDS, etc Drive to find new ways to improve current processes and develop creative solutions that can be implemented in real-time Strong sense of ownership for work and drive to create impact Extremely detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving skills Knowledge/ Educational requirements All India Rank holder CA Qualified in Final If interested kindly revert back with your updated CV along with the following details: 1.
