Job Overview: As a Finance Manager with Cost Accounting experience, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial health of Raha Ayurveda. You will be responsible for managing financial activities, cost accounting processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will bring a. wealth of knowledge in finance and accounting to contribute to the strategic growth and stability of our organization. Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial policies and procedures. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities. Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance. Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making processes. Manage financial audits and coordinate with auditors. Monitor and analyze financial trends to provide strategic insights. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Finance Manager with expertise in cost accounting. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in financial software and MS Office applications. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
