With our services, businesses can increase customer base and revenue significantly. Role Description Zaroori Retail is seeking a Full-time Team Leader for Telesales to be located on-site in Ludhiana. The Team leader-Telesales will be responsible for leading and managing a team of telesales executives while ensuring they meet their targets and KPI's. The overall aim of the team is to generate leads and drive revenue growth by promoting our services. Qualifications A bachelors degree in a relevant field of study. Several years of experience in telesales or a similar sales role. At least two years of experience managing a team of sales representatives. Excellent communication. leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and achieve challenging targets Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of the sales process Experience in managing CRM software and other sales-related software. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading teams to success Ability to think creatively, critically, and work independently with minimal supervision
