Required Experience : 3 to 5 Years Position Overview: As a Banking Domain Specialist focusing on IT Products Development, your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between the banking domain and the IT development team. Leveraging your extensive knowledge in banking, particularly in credit and core banking operations, you will collaborate closely with IT professionals to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge technology solutions for the banking sector. Experience: Proven track record in the banking sector with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. Demonstrated experience working on IT projects, Credit, Operations preferably in banking or financial services. Compensation: In accordance with prevailing industry norms. Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Key Responsibilities: Banking Expertise: Provide deep domain expertise in banking, with a strong emphasis on credit and core banking operations. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and. emerging technologies within the banking sector. Collaboration with IT Team: Work closely with IT developers and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Facilitate effective communication between banking stakeholders and the IT development team. Product Development: Contribute to the design and development of IT products tailored to meet the specific needs of the banking industry. Provide insights into feature prioritization, usability, and functionality to ensure alignment with banking workflows. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of banking processes and operations to gather comprehensive requirements for IT solutions. Collaborate with business analysts to define and document clear and concise requirements. Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing of IT products to ensure they meet banking industry standards, regulatory compliance, and user expectations. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to establish robust testing protocols. Documentation: Create detailed documentation for IT projects, including business requirements, technical specifications, and user manuals. Maintain up-to-date documentation reflecting any changes or enhancements to IT products. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users within the banking domain to ensure seamless adoption of new IT products. Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within banking operations. Stay informed about advancements in banking technology and contribute ideas for enhancing existing IT products. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Masters/Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, IT, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with IT development processes and methodologies. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex banking concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working with data and interpreting trends. Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with IT developers and cross-functional teams. Team player with effective interpersonal skills. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Openness to learning new technologies and methodologies.
