: Should be well Versed with Sales Experience of Team leader Role on paper. Should Identify ways through which efficiencies can be built in improving Sales via tele calling model. Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses Would prefer candidates who speak Hindi ,English or Gujarati languages. Excellent organizational skills, well versed with Team Handling skills, Problem-Solving, Should exhibit Good communication and presentation abilities Preferred candidate profile : Excellent in Communication & Decision-making skill. Read, Write and Speak English Fluently. Basic computer knowledge is must. Must be capable of multi tasking.
