Job Description

• Prepare sales invoices and E-invoice. 
• Verify Purchase and Expense invoices and make entries in tally. 
• Handle day to day banking transactions e.g. prepare cheques, NEFT, RTGS requests. 
• Preparation of details for documents to be submitted to banks related to import export. 
• Make petty cash, cash and bank voucher entries in tally. 
• Verify bank statements and do the reconciliation. 
• Prepare details required for filing of GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B returns. 
• Do the comparison of the GST input received on GST portal with the input showing in the accounts and for difference/ short received do the follow up with the respective parties. 
• Deduct and pay TDS as per the applicability and help in filing the TDS returns periodically. 
• Help in preparation of details required for statutory and audit purpose.
